Blend composition : 52% Viognier 47% Roussanne 1% Marsanne
Our Viognier Roussanne is estate grown on our Osoyoos East Bench vineyard where the winery is located. The plants of both varieties were in their fifth leaf in 2009. Each wine was fermented dry in stainless cooperage. Tasting profile: Subtly attractive, this wine shows aromas Of stone fruits, mayflowers and citrus blossoms. The palate has good weight and brings our the peach and apricot characters of the nose. The wine is crisp but displays the classic oiliness of Viognier.
